I am a highly skilled Emergency Nurse Practitioner with 25+ years of experience in the emergency department and urgent care. I completed the Master of Nurse Practitioner study last year while working in a tertiary emergency and trauma center as a Clinical Nurse Consultant.

I have had a diverse career including public and private sector employment in Emergency and Trauma and have been working with Queensland Ambulance Service and in private Telehealth primary care providing complex assessments, interventions and treatments.  I have worked as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for several years and have a interest in Women’s Health.                                               

I am diversly skilled in and qualified with Post graduate training in Emergency Nursing, Trauma, minor injury, mental health, and elderly illness. I have done additional training in clinical areas of trauma, menopause, and elderly emergency care. I use contemporary practice that is evidence-based to ensure optimal treatment. I am focused on collaborative healthcare choices and working with patients to develop sustainable and appropriate care.

Over the years I have gained many skills to manage a diverse range of acute presentations.
